What fabrics do you use?

We carefully select our fabrics from various vendors. Having the right fabric is the first step in creating a beautiful, premium quality product. The majority of our fabric selections include natural fibres: cottons, lightweight viscose, and linen-rayon blends, chosen for comfort, durability and effortless style.

Do you make silk robes?

Unfortunately, not. We would love to make pure silk robes, and it is definitely one of our future goals. However, for now, due to silk’s delicate nature and expense, we prefer to stick to other fibres.

Absolutely, YES! If you have a particular request, send us a WhatsApp on +27 81 090 3154 and we’ll be happy to help.Please keep in mind that custom robes require a different lead time, depending on quantities and availability of fabric.

Why men’s robes?

Our founder, Lucas, was inspired by gentlemanly style; as a vintage car and bike collector, and a whiskey enthusiast, he understands men’s need to feel comfortable whilst altogether looking good. Since the market offers infinite options for women, his desire for a product that was exclusively as fun for men grew. And thus, Boojicall was born, bringing a creative modern twist to an otherwise classic piece.

Are your robes only for men or can women wear them too?

Although we are a menswear brand – designed for and made with men in mind – there is no denying that ladies have fallen in love with our products too (can you blame them?!). So yes, since the nature of the robe is unisex, and our sizing is flexible. Many ladies love wearing our size S.

The short answer is no, we are an online store. BUT……we do participate at various markets throughout the year.
